Hello, and welcome to Stardust Chronicles 42 — our little corner of the internet where we (Darren and Tammie) share updates about how things are going as we navigate life with a terminal illness.
We’ve created this space so that friends and family can stay in the loop without us having to juggle a hundred conversations at once — as much as we love hearing from everyone, replying individually has sometimes felt overwhelming, especially during tough stretches. This way, we can keep people informed in a way that feels manageable and thoughtful, and you won’t have to wonder or worry in silence.
You’ll notice we don’t have comments enabled — not because we don’t care, but because our goal is to reduce the emotional and practical load, not add to it. Just knowing you’re reading along and thinking of us means the world.
We’ll be updating the site when we can, with whatever feels right — sometimes serious, sometimes silly, often somewhere in between.
